That's the shift Labs is for. Instead of pushing every request through the same steps by hand, people decide what the steps should be and let the technology do the routine work. The training and the prototypes get them there. The change in how they think is what lasts.

I run Labs as short, practical sessions built around your team and your categories. Three things run through all of them.
Hands-on training
Sessions start with the problems your team deals with every day. Your team then works directly with AI, with me alongside, to build simple things around them.
Prototyping before you buy
I mock up what good could look like for a real problem your team faces. Reacting to something concrete makes it far easier to specify your next technology investment properly.
A different way of working
Over time your team moves from running the process to directing it. The aim is for people to keep working this way long after the sessions end.
